360° Network Monitoring the 2nd service level and core component of our Managed IT Services offering adding enduser helpdesk support services layered on top of our proactive network monitoring and management services. Using Tembo’s proven methodology for remotely supporting network infrastructures, these two service levels combined address between 85-95% of a client’s ongoing network infrastructure management and support needs
360° Managed IT Services adds to the base monitoring, alerting, maintenance, administration, and support of 360° Office and 360° Network Monitoring by including complete and total support of your current network infrastructure through the addition of unlimited onsite support (as needed), disaster recovery (server and workstation replacement services), business continuity planning, and network security services.
